At Sautree, we take pride in carefully packing and dispatching your handcrafted items so they reach you quickly and safely.

Dispatch Time
All orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Services
We currently use Evri, Yodel, and InPost as our delivery partners. The courier used may vary depending on your location and service availability.

UK Shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: £2.90 (Free on orders over £100)
    (Shipping may vary slightly depending on your product selection)
  • Express Delivery: £5.50 – £6.99
    (1–2 business days)

International Shipping:

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Typical delivery: 5–8 business days


Tracking Your Order
All parcels are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking link by email or SMS once dispatched.
