Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

As a small brand, we offer a prepaid return label for your convenience. A flat fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping costs.


How to Request a Return
We now offer a self-serve returns option for eligible orders.

Simply visit our Returns Portal and log in using your email address to receive a one-time passcode (OTP). Once logged in, you can view your recent orders, request a return, and track its status — all in one place.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via the portal or email will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@sautree.com if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can make it right.


Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@sautree.com. Please note that the availability of the desired item for exchange will depend on current stock.

Gift Items
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to the recipient, we can offer an exchange or store credit only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect — not for change of mind.

To request an exchange or credit, the gift recipient must contact us within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos and order details, at hello@sautree.com. Items must be unused and in original packaging.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
All returned items must be in original condition as noted above.


Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it can take additional time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
